 1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience:

- Net Banking: Available with major Indian banks.

- UPI: Payments via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) including apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and others.

- Wallets: Paytm, PhonePe, Mobikwik, and other popular digital wallets.

- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on select pin codes across India, subject to an additional fee.

 

 2. Payment Security

- All payments made on www.vilasaindia.com are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways that comply with industry standards and regulations.

- We do not store any of your credit/debit card or banking information. For additional security, customers may need to complete two-factor authentication (2FA) for certain payment methods.

 

 3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD is available for select locations in India, subject to an additional handling fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

- To avail of COD, the total order value should not exceed ₹5,000.

- Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. The courier partner will accept only cash payments. No digital or card payments will be accepted during COD delivery.

- In the event that the customer is not available at the delivery location, our courier partner will attempt redelivery, or the package may be returned to us.

 

 4. Order Confirmation

- Once a payment is successfully made, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and payment receipt.

- If your payment fails, the order will not be processed. Please attempt payment again or try a different payment method.

 

 5. Failed/Declined Transactions

- In the case of a failed or declined payment, the amount will not be debited from your account. If funds are deducted due to a technical error, they will be automatically refunded to your account within 5-7 business days.

- Please contact your bank or payment provider if the refund is delayed beyond this period.

 

 6. Refunds & Cancellations

- For any order cancellations, refunds, or returns, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

- If the payment was made via COD, the refund will be initiated through bank transfer upon receiving bank details from the customer.

 

 7. Currency

- All prices and payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not currently support international payments or currencies.

- All applicable taxes (GST) are included in the product price. There are no hidden charges beyond the listed price and shipping fees, if applicable.

 

 10. Disputes

- In case of any disputes regarding payment, VILASAINDIA reserves the right to resolve the issue at its sole discretion. We will work to ensure customer satisfaction but are not liable for external payment gateway errors.
